Harvey loves gardening. When his flower has withered, he plants white beans instead. Some small bean seeds, a couple of pots, some soil, water and some patience are everything he needs. Now Harvey gets flowers and leaves, a nice dinner and new bean seeds to plant. It’s fantastic, and so thinks Chip.
The book teaches step-by-step how you can grow your own beans from normal white beans that you buy in the supermarket. First they need to lie in water, then planted in pots at the right depth and finally they need some water. After a week or so, they start to grow and in the end the plants are huge.
